Miller Named Vice President in Southern California Region
Nolte recently named new Principals to aid in the management of the firm. A new Vice President in the Southern California region is Bill Miller, PE, currently the Managing Director of the San Diego and El Centro offices.
Bill Miller, PE, a licensed civil engineer for over 30 years, has been involved in the planning, design and construction management of wastewater/water treatment facilities, solid waste landfills and transfer stations, hazardous waste remediation facilities, and other general civil and geotechnical projects. He specializes in water and wastewater treatment facilities and is also a certified Value Engineer. His most interesting professional assignment has been developing the Imperial County market and starting the El Centro office for Nolte.
Established in 1949, Nolte is a full-service civil engineering firm with nearly 400 professionals in offices throughout the Western United States and Mexico. Their staff includes engineers, planners and surveyors. Areas of specialty include: flood control and drainage; land planning and development; structural engineering; surveying and mapping; traffic and transportation; water supply, distribution and treatment; wastewater engineering and water recycling; construction and program management. |
