| Nolte Hires Managing Director for Northern California Region Nolte Associates, Inc., a leader in the delivery of sustainable solutions for civil infrastructure, announces that Patrick Flynn has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director for Northern California. His new responsibilities include streamlining and building Nolte's business in the Northern California Region, which includes offices in Alameda County, Madera, Manteca, Sacramento, San Jose and Walnut Creek. Flynn brings 36 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management and business development for national and California-based engineering firms. A registered professional engineer, he has provided project management, civil engineering design, construction management and community outreach services on a variety of transportation, land development and water resource projects. "Pat brings a successful record of building a multi-disciplined engineering practice," said Ken Rudolph, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nolte. "His considerable business management experience and results-oriented focus will contribute to the continued success of Nolte." Flynn comes to Nolte Associates, Inc. from Kleinfelder, Inc. where he was the Pacific Region Transportation Director leading operations, business development and strategic growth in the western U.S. Prior to Kleinfelder, Flynn spent 3 years with Carter-Burgess/Jacobs as Vice President/Associate Principal and 14 years with HDR Engineering, Inc. as Vice President/Program Manager. He will be based out of Nolte’s Sacramento, California office. Flynn has a bachelor's in transportation engineering from California Polytechnic State University. |
